I ordered on the app. Went through the drive thru to pick up my order. I was asked to drive into a station. I had been waiting for quite a while before I got to the speaker. Had I wanted to choose a station to pick up my order I would have. Poor service. I visit sonic almost daily. Never had I ever been told it is Sonic’s policy.

Food orders are always correct, hot, and fresh. The only time you have to spend more than 5 minutes in line is when you have 2 people in front of you.
