Total home makeover. Brought all the troops in. Finished the jobs ahead is schedule and looks phenomenal. Worked like animals on one of the hottest days. Cleaned up debris like no one was ever there. Impressed to say the least. Great work and would recommend to any one.

Initially I was very impressed with Douglas and MPG Landscapes. I wanted an estimate done on me clearing out a bed and planting some seed in some bare spots. Douglas came out within a few days of the phone call for the estimate and was on time for it. He then got back to me on the estimate later that day which was very fast. I said we wanted to move forward and we set up a time on Tuesday next week for me to come out. Here is where it goes south. Next week on Monday early afternoon I called in to confirm the work starting the next day. No one answered so I left a message saying I wanted confirmation especially since I was going to take off the morning of work to confirm the work being done. No one called back to confirm. Next morning, I took off work in faith, hoping they would show up in the morning. I called 3 more times from 8 to noon leaving 2 more messages. I never heard from them that day. The next morning I get a call from Douglas saying that we booked it for Wednesday. Trust me, we didn't. Plus it doesn't negate the fact that I never got a call back from him to confirm. Anyways, he said he would be out later than morning. He and his team never showed or called. So, I called at 5 later that day asking what happened and why I didn't get a call. He had the audacity to tell me he called me and left a message saying they were not going to be able to make it because of rain. (Never rained in the afternoon, by the way). Trust me, he never called or left a message. I told him that he never did and could prove it through my call logs and messages. And he went on to say that he could not prove it because his phone was \cleared\. I would advise to not use them for a lack of professionalism and integrity.
