I was scheduled to have a job quote yesterday. No show/no call. I called the main office, was told she would contact the driver and have someone contact me. Still no call back. I understand people can get busy and schedules may need to get adjusted, but I planned my day around this appointment. When you don't even call your (potential) customer back after missing your appointment with them, it shows a lack of respect.
