I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Bill’s Bicycles. Courteous and knowledgeable service, and Bill seemed very interested in making my son’s 9th birthday gift (a really cool 24” bright orange & black Haro mountain bike) a perfect fit for him. If you’re looking for a good bike at a fair price, look no further than Mr. Bill’s.

Not sure this guy knows anything about bikes, but he sure as hell knows nothing about customer service. I called ahead to inquire about a certain size tube, which he said he had in stock. He said to come on in that he closes at 7. I drove the 15 minutes and when I arrived at 6:45 he said that he already closed out. WOW!!!! What a waste of time. The shop is in disarray and half empty and I know why!! On top of all that he was NOT WEARING A MASK!! Thankfully I never made it as far as the counter. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!!
