I have used Halfords over the years for my MOT/Services however I stopped using them when I realised they charged me 80 for 2 front wipers with fitting. This time I tried Mr Clutch and the service from beginning to end was faultless. Communication was great, quality of work outstanding and good value for money. Jo(h)n (I think) on the front desk is a great ambassador for Mr Clutch and was a pleasure to deal with. I will now use Mr Clutch for all my services and anything I need throughout the year.
Booked in for MOT. On time and small job needed doing so booked in for the next day. Job completed as promised and car retested. All problem free and flowed well. Highly recommended.
Needed a clutch replacement and they managed to fit it the next day, after a small issue arose John was very professional and apologetic and made it a priority to sort out asap, even gave me a free service for the inconvenience. Hopefully the fitter who fitted the clutch was just having an off day. Would use again due to the friendly professional service from John.
