We contacted Mr. Highmoon after searching in Google and saw the stars and high number of reviews. At the beginning the service was good and satisfactorily, however; our satisfaction did not last long since in the middle of the work the attitude changed. Our work keep being postponed, phone calls not answered and messages never responded. Be so careful before you place an order with this company especially if you are in rush... they well play with you by unreal promises. we've been asked many times to write a good review and give the 5 star to this company. Now i know the reason why this company has 5 star review in google. watch out not to be trapped like us!

Highmoon is a fantastic place for customized, cost effective office furniture. I font them through google searching for a furniture store that would customize for my office. The sales person who assigned for me was very was friendly, courteous and very patient with all my requirements. The time span from my first appointment to receiving the CAD designs to actually assembling the furniture was 5 working days. I am very impressed by the professionalism of the entire team, and must say that the quality of the products delivered were of high standards. I highly recommend Highmoon.

We had issue with our existing office contractor regarding supply and laying of carpet tiles - they couldn't supply the approved materials - that I needed to find a new supplier who can deliver and lay the carpet tiles in a matter of 2 days so our office operation does not get interrupted. High Moon was so kind and quick to come to our rescue and was able to do the job as scheduled, at a more reasonable price! Thanks to Nishant who attended to our inquiry and specifications!
