Excellent service, amazing pretzels! I used these guys for my corporate event and they worked through the night to fulfill my order and even deliver it to the office! everyone absolutely loved the pretzels! thank you so much!

I love that they have samples out the front on some days. I love getting to try the different options they have before I make my selection. They have sweet and savoury soft pretzels, but I am definitely more of a sweet tooth than anything else. I love the cookies and cream! They also have a Tim Tam and white chocolate pretzel, which is glorious. They come out of the oven hot and soft and they ice them directly in front of you. Great place to carb load.
Waited 25 mins for one single pretzel and when I finally got it it was burnt. The guy was not apologetic at all. Disappointing. Used to love this place.
I still can't believe I went so many years without trying pretzels like this, my whole life I thought that they were only crunchy salty snacks, never could I have imagined how soft, delicious, warm and sweet a real pretzel was, a simple cinnamon pretzel is now my go to snack when out and about and it fills me with warmth and happiness every single time! I can't recommend it enough.
Nice place. Whenever I visited US, I make it a point to have Pretzels. This place is Parramatta was the closest I could get and they did not disappoint. I would've loved Jalapeno Pretzels. But will take what they have for they are good and soft bread. Good work guys. Keep it up.

3 times now I go there and they are closed early or open late. I went there 10:10 am and she said 10:30 although it’s say open 9:30. Tasty but disrespectful to customers.
