DELICIOUS! LIGHT! I've been here multiple times, and they don't fail to impress! They have a wide variety of pretzels for you to choose, whether you're feeling sweet or salty, they have it ready. They are always made fresh in front of me, and the staff do not show rudeness or arrogance. I've always had a pleasant experience when I come to this location and they are unique to say the least. (The Deserts and Pretzels are not overpriced) And the pretzels taste according to what they show. The sweetness is perfect, and so is the salt. For improvement, please find a better way to package the pretzel, as when you have a Pretzel with any type of topping it easily sticks to the paper so I don't recommend getting transporting them or bringing them home as they will get cold and are meant to be eaten either on the spot, or shortly and will become a sticky mess when getting them for someone else!

Chewy almost raw pretzels. The whole thing wasnt boiled in baking soda, just the top and there was soo much butter on it. It was an ok pretzel, but I've had better. The salt was really good and my sister loved it though.
Great pretzels...5 stars service very friendly team owner always smiling to customers,, fresh and hot and great dressing happy to have plac like that in Kitchener

I love the pretzels here. Don't get anything with Carmel or chocolate though. They are inedible without making a huge mess, and if you take them home, you lose half the caramel. They may need to find a new way to package dessert pretzels
The employees there are rude always starring at you while your in line waiting. Always give attitude. The pretzels are good but the salted pretzels are tooo salty. only if they had the cheese dip still for three pretzels. I Asked for 2 cinnamon pretzel and instead of giving me cinnamon pretzel they gave plain salted pretzel. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. I give this a 0.5 star rating not even 1.
AWESOME customer service every time I visit there for their incredibly delicious pretzels snacks. Very welcoming and respectful environment to both each other and their customers. To me, Mr. Pretzels definitely deserves a 5 star rating. This restaurant is what makes me want to visit the fairview park mall a lot more. :)
