Terrible customer service. Stood at the counter in front of the employee for 5 minutes before he acknowledged me. Wanted to get a logo embroidered on some shirts. They wanted 25 just to give me a price. Said they needed to convert the file to get a stitch count, then they could know the cost of the shirts. So you want me to pay 25, for a estimate!!! NO WAY

There shirts are not good quality. It was only 1 person working in the store. We order tee shirts for a Graduation took at least 40 minutes to get them.

This was my first and last time I will ever go there! First of all yesterday I had to wait at least 30mins in line to even be called next, then I specifically ask can I get it done today, they told me no, tomorrow, I said what time? Because the party starts at 3, the older man asked the younger bald head man (they were both bald headed) can it be ready by 12 the next day, he said yes, even the older lady with the glasses said yes, well fast forward to today, I get here at 2, and after she finally located the item it’s not done, and she’s talking about come back later after I told her that the party was today at 3pm!! Absurd! This place needs to be shut down!!!!! They have 2 people working on a Saturday and none of them are making shirts!
