Over the last two years, we have regularly ordered from here for football games, family get togethers, and random night meals. Well over 40 orders. The food has always been great. Tonight however, after placing an order with the Slice app with an expected delivery of 40 to 50 minutes it never arrived. I contacted slice after an hour and 10. After about a 20 minute wait with slice they said the restaurant had never made the order. I called the restaurant and after taking my address they put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and called back and was asked to wait again. I then spoke to another person who said the food was never made. At this point it was over 2 hours since we had originally placed the order. No one at the restaurant really seemed concerned about the issue or even offered an apology for their failure to make it. If this is reflective of how they feel about their customers I am fine with not being one.

4 hours. Original order placed at 5:30. Called at 7:30 was told order was lost and was being put in the system. Called again at 8:30, still nothing. Heard the employees in the background saying the order was still not put in, but I was told I would get the order in 25 min. Called again at 9:20, told me the driver was on my street. Driver had the wrong address and finally delivered at 945 pm. Tried to collect payment even though I already paid through grubhub. To top it off, they didn't deliver the gravy for the fries. The food is usually late but this was beyond ridiculous. Not sure will will order from our go-to again anytime soon.

My order was 30 minutes late. When I called the restaurant I sat on hold for over 10 minutes. Food finally arrived. The Ravioli had no sauce and pasta was not cooked. It had just an inch of cheese and meat. Jalapeño poppers had white spots on them which were mold or paper. My Wings were over cooked and tasted bad. The nacho cheese sauce was not included with my cheese fries. When I contacted customer service, she reached out to the restaurant who said they would offer me 25% off my next order. I won’t be back. I spent over a hundred dollars and most of the food wasn’t even edible.
