I had a traffic ticket, speeding that I couldn't afford to have on my CDL or the time to miss work. I went to Matt for him to take care of it for me and he did. Once hired I didn't even have to think about it anymore. Very reasonable rates, very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend them.

I've unfortunately had to deal with way too many lawyers over the years and most of my experiences have not been good. However, Russ Dempsey is straight up great! The biggest complaint most people have about lawyers is they don't communicate with their clients. Russ regularly called me with updates on my case and always took my calls when I called. But the best part was the outcome of my case. Early termination of probation is rarely granted in Greene County because of the earned compliance credit. Russ was honest with me upfront that a positive outcome wasn't likely. But somehow he did it! The judge agreed to terminate my 5 year probation after serving less than 1 1/2 years of it! How's that for a great outcome! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Russ and MRD Lawyers to anyone who needs a great lawyer at a fair price! I only wish I had used his services back when they put me on probation. I'm sure I would have gotten a much better deal than I did.

Having Matt representing me was a great asset! Their firm was extremely knowledgeable and skilled at helping me in my criminal case. It was clear from the beginning he had a plan, and the ability to implement it, in navigating the court system to get me the best possible outcome. I was always well informed of each step and proceeding and never felt overwhelmed. He never overpromised anything and was good at laying out all the possible outcomes of each step without letting me get too far ahead in worrying about hurdles we were not crossing yet. My particular case ended up having a number of unusual delays causing it to last much longer than expected - despite this he never wavered from his original commitment despite the extra work he put in.
