I find it interesting that I would be denied service of imaging by a major hospital. The stated cause is that the order I have is from a Nurse Practitioner who is out of state; who is vetted to prescribe such an order. Solution was to have the order sufficed by a medical doctor either in state or out of state. Although was never provided a follow up question about whether I would like to schedule for such an appointment there by losing a customer to \failing\ to meet said requirements. Denial of service is what I ran into. Is this the correct way to do business? No. Was there a survey I could express concern of this choice by the scheduling department. No. Denied service which is seriously out of line. Anyone who wants proper care should reach out to Imaging Center of Lancaster. They are busy which means they are very good. Patience and persistentence will get you an appointment.
