No customer service at all!!! I've been calling and leaving messages, for months, 3 or more, and never got an answer or call back. Emergency or non emergency, no one is ever there to help me with my needs. In many occasions, i had to leave what i was doing to go back home to deal with the equipment myself. Should you care about your customers better, or should i give my money to someone else???
