This review is long overdue. I was looking for a particular vehicle that is no longer in production. I found a Honda Element at MSincos Auto Broker that peaked my interest. I was very skeptical because I have never bought a vehicle anywhere other than a dealership, but since this was a rare find I knew I would have to take what I could get. I drove by the lot and was greeted by Marcel. This man made me feel completely relaxed from the start. He was a no pressure salesman and just gave me the facts. We ended up doing the deal and the entire time he made me feel at ease. After driving the car home, while I was backing it into my driveway I heard a rattle on the exhaust system. I called him and he told me to meet him at his exhaust guys shop in the morning and he would take care if it. We met in the morning and it was fixed no problem. I have not had any more issues at all. Marcel sells used cars and no used car is perfect, but he takes pride in what he does and stands by his word. This place has great reviews for a reason and that reason is Marcel. I am a customer for life! If you are looking for a good, used, reliable vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Marcel!!

WOW! I had an amazing car buying experience with MSinco's. I was incredibly nervous about buying a used car so far away from home, but Marcel made me feel comfortable from the start. I was looking for a very specific vehicle (2010-2012 Toyota Rav4) in a less-common color (brown) and Marcel had exactly what I was looking for, so I gave him a call. Being that Snellville is nearly 50 miles away from home--and any of the mechanics I know--Marcel suggested I find a mobile mechanic to come out to inspect the Rav4 I was looking at because he wanted to make sure I had plenty of peace of mind. The mechanic I hired worked with Marcel in getting over to take a look at the car and even HE was impressed by the quality of the vehicles Marcel has on his lot. He said he's done several inspections with Marcel in the past and that the vehicles are always well maintained and serviced. Marcel was also able to give me lots of helpful information about financing; he really cared about me and my family getting the best rates possible and feeling comfortable about our financial decision in regards to the vehicle. When the time finally came to buy the car, I felt like I was able to make a really safe and informed decision about what I was going home in. He made the purchasing process quick and easy, and even had a small door handle issue taken care of while we signed the paperwork! I am so glad I went with MSinco's and will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends and family! He was worth the drive 100x over!

We bought a mini van from Marcel a little over a month ago, we were hesitant and uneasy at first about doing buisness because we had never bought from an auto broker before. Marcel said he'd give us updates on the progress of our tag and title along the way. He did so and we are very appreciative and impressed that he was willing to take the time to do so. Given that it's an 11 year vehicle it did come with the knowledge of financing some minor repairs and tune ups, but overall it's a really great purchase and we are very happy with it. He was very nice and reassuring during the entire process. I would recommend anyone in the market to take a look at his vehicles. We drove 2 hours to look at the van and it was worth it.
