Owner's jack and chuck were personable. I do most of my work myself when i know how because it's hard to trust mechanics. However, this team made me feel trusting of them and the job was done correctly and at a fair price. My father always instilled in me to make any job look better than it did before hand. And they did just that by cleaning the old oil off of the area that had been leaking. Will definitely use them again if a need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair.

I seldom take the time to publish reviews of products and/or services on the web, but I wanted to take a few minutes to provide an unsolicited customer review of my recent experience with Mt. Healthy Auto. Repair. On my way to work several weeks ago, I soon realized that my 2010 F-150 with almost 93,000 miles was experiencing some type of likely major mechanical issue that. After I arrived at the office, I decided to call Mt. Healthy Auto. Repair based on reviews I recalled seeing several months earlier. I would soon learn that my transmission had gone out. To keep my review from becoming too lengthy, I will simply say that I was extremely pleased with the service I received from this shop. I had direct contact with Chuck, Jack, and Jann. Unfortunately, I do not know the shop name(s) of the mechanic(s) that serviced my vehicle. I would like to also add that I had them check out my brakes due to periodic noise I had been hearing over the course of several years. I believe that I had three other shops attempt to diagnose the problem, and all three simply said that the brakes appeared to be fine. But I learned from Chuck that one of the brake pads was cracked. I am happy to report that for the first time in several years, I no longer hear the brake noise. Thank you, Mt. Healthy Auto. Repair, for providing a level of service that is so hard to find today.
