Not a good experience and I leased my Genesis over a month ago. During the process they had my address wrong and that was the start of everything bad. They had my taxes wrong with Illinois and I’m Indiana...careless mistake. I STILL don’t have my paperwork and I’ve reached out to Jovin, my sales guy, with no reply. I’m coming up on payment 3 with no paperwork. Anddddd I just got a letter in the mail congratulating me on my lease AND THE ADDRESS IS STILL WRONG! Unbelievable. I’ll definitely have late fees at my BMV and I’d hope to be compensated....
Came with my friend to look at g70s. Jovin helped us both find the exact cars we wanted!
