Not impressed with communicating from this dealership. I leave constant messages that are not returned and sales person says he'll pick up our tractor for service then never shows up. This has happened NUMEROUS times. Finally got the owner to communicate via phone but have been waiting a week now for him to call back. Love our tractor... customer service needs a little improvement.
