Ive been here twice (kidney stone and appendectomy) and have been absolutely impressed both times. The staff is amazing. Sweet, caring, attentive. You could feel they genuinely care and its not just a job. They really went out of their way and I only wish I could remember all the names of the staff so I can thank them again!

I delivered last week at Roper St Francis Mt Pleasant, and I can not speak highly enough of the staff, nurses, facility and doctors. I delivered my first child at a highly and nationally rated hospital in Houston, TX. This was by far a better and more comforting experience. Was extra nice being so close to our home here in North Mt. Pleasant also, having an IUGR baby it was comforting knowing I could quickly get the care we needed.

Slackest hospital ive ever been to. They never checked my wife’s weight or tempature, diagnosed her with diarrhea when she was lethargic and nauseous (never had diarrhea). She was still throwing up and confused and they discharged her after a urine test and blood test. They got no answers for my wife and sent her about her way when she still needed help. It’s like they just want you in and out, they truly do not care for their patients. They treat patients like if they were customers for a pharmaceutical store. I find it disgusting that they call themselves a hospital.
