Wow, what a process, BUT totally worth it! Mark and company always went above and beyond whenever possible. From upgrades to explaining the steps along the way, the folks at Homes Direct were great! We love our house and would do it again in a heartbeat! Be patient and understand what you are getting... An affordable, turn-key home, that's perfectly imperfect! Pros to a manufactured home in 2019 in my opinion: cheaper than stick built, solid, built to the same code requirements as stick built, built in a climate controlled environment, when tied to a real foundation - the title is stricken and it becomes deeded like a regular house... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
It is a really cool place but some of the homes smell not like a bad smell it just smells werid. The model of the houses are nicely decorated and the colors and funitre really fit the house really good.
