If you're reading a review for a vacuum shop, you've likely already decided to take a buy once cry once approach to appliances. I was on the market for a vacuum cleaner but didn't have the money to purchase a new unit. The Vac Shop had a used unit in my preferred brand for sale in my price range, and I decided to buy it. I ended up having issues with the vacuum, and they exchanged my used unit for a brand new model still in the packaging. They will continue to have my business as long as they're open. I highly encourage anyone reading to support this local shop, because vacuum shops are disappearing. The technicians are knowledgeable and honest, and the customer service is unmatched. I wish every purchase I made was this easy.

Beware, take your business elsewhere. I wanted to support a local business, and sent an employee down to purchase a commercial sweeper. He returned, and began using the vacuum on our business lobby. It was inadequate, so I sent him back to the Vac Shop less than 60 minutes after the purchase to return it, and they would not honor a return. The person he and I spoke with said they \don't do returns\. I asked to speak to the owner, and she said \there's a new owner\. When I asked how I could speak to the new owner, she hung up on me.
