As a customer I am concerned for my health as well as the health of the workers. Even though there is a sign on the door saying masks must be worn. I was sitting inside waiting for a ride with several unmasked people. As for the service I dropped off a car for repair around 10:00 and was told it would be done in a couple of hours. I came back at 5:15 and was told it was in the shop being worked on. I’ve have had this happen several times at this location. It seems like if your not staying there the staff doesn’t care.

Got new tires, new tpms on 1 wheel, and an alignment. Spent around 1000. Driving home, the steering wheel is clearly crooked. It's around the 12:30 position to go straight. It also has a slight out of balance feel. Get home and do a walk around and see the ugly, non matching tpms that looks to be for an HD vehicle that they used. Took it back and they got the right tpms and it looks better. Said they fixed the crooked wheel, but it's still crooked, but not as bad. Now I'm back AGAIN less than 2 months later for tires being wildly out of balance. I've wasted at least 4-5 hours driving back and forth, making special arrangements, and sitting around waiting(I had an appointment each time too, they're ALWAYS behind). Will not be bringing them any more business. 4/16/2019. Had to update my review.... free rotate and balance came with tires so hard not to want to take advantage of. Been several thousand miles on the new tires(don't put many miles on this car) and was getting vibration at 75-80. Took 2 hours out of our day and had them redo the balance on 4/10, and it was EVEN WORSE than before! Had to take it somewhere else who confirmed that all but 1 wheel was .75oz. out. It's UNBELIEVABLE how incompetent this place is. Not even worth returning for free, included services. Out another 65 and 2 hours of my time for someone else to get it right.
Their customer service is the best! They’re always friendly and do whatever they can to accommodate, even when they’re very busy.

I dropped my car off on a Sunday night for a tire off of the rim and they had it back to me next day. 3 new tires, rotation and alignment in bad weather so thats an A for me.
