A large roaring waterfall. The famous waterfall diver who climbs the waterfall cliff and dives into the water every day, even during the winter. Great hikes around the lake, a small Korean ethnic village, and river rafting make this a great place to visit during the summer. You'll need a private car to get here, limited accommodations at the lake. Up the road is the volcanic crater park (huoshankou), also worth a visit.

I visited the Jingbo Lake Scenic Area last summer. I rented a car and drove all the way from Mudanjiang train station to the location. It's a nice place to visit. But beware of the local restaurants who try to sell you over-priced fish.
It is a wonderful and quite place in winter
Small city but the ice waterfall in winter is worth visiting. The transportation was pretty inconvenient, visitors may need to rent a car with local driver to reach there.
Lake was frozen in winter.
