Excellent service (thanks Michelle) in a lovely location with a nice atmosphere in the venue. The food & drinks were very good and to a high standard. Good portion size. Recommend as somewhere to go for a nice/special meal, as the prices are on the higher end.

The meals were amazing. The flavours were authentic and cooked perfectly. My Korean cooked duck was delicious. The only negative I have was the pricing of the meals and paying a credit card surcharge. If you are wanting amazing flavour got to Mud, but it was rather pricey for the portions you got.
WOW! Mudbar is the best dinning experience in Tasmania by far. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, were super knowledgeable about the menu. We have never eaten Lamb sooo delicious, it's a must have!

Food is very good, well cooked and very tasty. Oysters with vingiarette different enough from usual dishes to be a nice surprise, pork cheeks nicely done with Tamarind sauce and Korean duck were all standout dishes. Service was good although the younger server seemed keen to push full bottles of wine rather than accept orders by the glass. Also you don't wait long for your food here but it was not overcooked and well presented. Minor hassle s with the bill were sorted quickly. Overall very highly recommended
Superb food and service One of the best meals I’ve had in Australia! Great depth of flavours, quality produce and perfectly cooked steaks. Our original table was close to a big group who were quite loud. Even though the restaurant was busy, the lovely staff managed to find us a quieter table. Thanks so much Mudbar for a great evening!
A beautiful restaurant right by the water. I had stopped here for lunch because it was recommended on the ‚Happy Cow‘ app. A vegan menu can be requested. The food was delicious - one of the best options I have had in Tassie!
