The owner seems to pick and choose his own prices depending on the “ Individual“ and treated me like I was wasting his time when I knew what I needed Before going to the shop and I told him what I needed done and he treated me like I wasn’t worth of his business so I decided to leave...
I read the reviews of this place beforehand, and still decided to give them a chance. Spoke on the phone with a worker there, he was pleasant, decided to stop in and talk to them as I was informed that the owner does the pricing. Upon walking in the owner did not identify himself, until I stated “I assume your the owner, correct?”, and he treated me with such indifference I walked away mid-conversation, I have never done that in my life. I now believe that none of these five star reviews are true and that these one star reviews are 100% accurate. Do not waste your time.
Rex was extremely helpful. He was able to fix a problem with my vehicle and get me back on the road the same day! He was a lifesaver, as I depend on that vehicle for my business. The price was also very fair for the work performed. You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you Rex!
