Worst company I dealt with in my life. We paid over 2,000 for a new extension machine and a starter pack, waited for 2 months to receive the products, and they send a used machine eventually full a bumps, scratches and stained by sunlight. Now, no one wants to help us get a refund, even after they excepted that they were at fault. Safe yourself the headache before dealing with Socap Original.

Personale incompetente. Sui prodotti non ho niente da dire, non sono arrivata al punto d’acquisto.
Prodotto pessimo, di qualità veramente scadente. Ho acquistato delle extension a cheratina e dopo il primo lavaggio la stessa si è sciolta e mi ha attaccato tutti i capelli creando dei noduli. Il capello subito paglioso e secco. Insomma ho dovuto tragliarle e tagliare anche i miei capelli naturali. Quando ho chiamato, la segretaria molto scostumata, mi ha risposto dicendomi che non potevano fare niente, perche ormai avevo acquistato il prodotto. Siete dei truffatori
