We are thoroughly pleased with our new kitchen installed by Mulberry. Our experience from initial discussions at the planning stage to the final fitting have been very positive. Nothing has been too much trouble, especially when we changed our requirements, but with the professional input from Geoff and Coleen we now have our perfect kitchen. It has been a challenging time sourcing white goods due to Covid but Mulberry have gone the extra mile providing us with a temporary dishwasher whilst our chosen one arrived. The team of fitters were marvellous, following strict COVID protocol they were friendly and efficient.

We commissioned Mulberry fitted kitchens to design and fit our new kitchen and the results are outstanding. Geoff and Colleen took our rather vague ideas for a new kitchen and improved on them delivering a completely thought through design. The Mulberry team that fitted the kitchen were excellent and could not have been more helpful, especially Steve and Martin. I would recommend the whole Mulberry team to anyone looking at installing a new kitchen.

Well what can i say, paid a visit to the show room as requested and Colleen & Geoff came to measure up. Asked what our budget was!!! Really??? Gave our minimum budget, weren't very helpful after that and never heard from them again. Once budget was mentioned lost interest in our purchase....... Waited 3 weeks for design/quote received nothing, not even a phone call. That was weeks ago. But its ok we got our dream kitchen with a kitchen firm that were interested in what we required more than how much we were prepared to pay and spent around 23,000........ Worst service we have ever encountered

Pretty disappointed. Good initial meetings, suggested a budget, Geoff said was fine. Tell us it will be 40% more than we had discussed. Give them plans and they never get back to us despite chasing them.

We have experienced 2 kitchen installations by the Mulberry team. One a major re modelling with all the bells and whistles and the other a modest update of an existing kitchen in a period building. Each time Geoff Colleen and the team translate the brief into a desirable yet practical solution and can be relied upon to give fair value for money with minimim fuss. Happy to recommend
