I have never had an horrible experience with this place up until now. Terry who works at front desk and is charge of collections is rude, I never felt so uncomfortable and upset ever. I walked in and get first words to me was do you have an payment for me, My blood was boiling, she took my credit card and slid it on the floor. Her manager came and spoke to me, and just said she was sorry, I feel like she need to be held accountable even an apology would of been great. Nobody deserve to be treated with such disrespect, It’s heartbreaking because me and my family like this dental office and have been coming here for more than 12 years, And Dr.Mulder and his assistance are amazing. I just can’t believe what I’ve witness today, but it’s ok god don’t like ugly.

The team at this office is amazing! Dr. Mulder fit me in to his already busy day for a urgent root canal. His assistant was amazing as well!
