I couldn't have asked for a more helpful place. In the past I have bought their items off ebay and tracked down their website this time as their products are always good. I also got really great service and they were helpful and sent the items straight away. So nice to have local places to purchase from and be assured of quality and good service.

I am putting IPP on my list (with sadly only two others) of having excellent service from them. My pool cleaner with committing suicide and I couldn't help it. I called the company and was told that the technical man was not there but he would phone me back. A couple of hours later I actually got a phone call from a provider wow. I showed him my problem on WhatsApp and he made an appointment with me to come to my house to rectify it. He arrived on time with all the necessary parts and within five minutes my pool cleaner was repaired. Thank you IPP

Twice I’ve had a fault on my salt chlorinator, on both occasions Johan has collected the chlorinator, had it repaired & returned within a week. The best part was that I was not charged a cent.
