While this place advertises itself as indoor storage, don't be misled that it is climate controlled or safe from water leakage. It's not. I stored household goods there for three years after moving to Western Mass from the Midwest. I just recently moved my belongings from this facility and into a house I purchased. Several boxes of my belongings (all carefully packed in professional moving boxes) were somehow water-damaged and I lost several items because of it. The management of this facility was a lot better a couple of years ago, but it has recently gone downhill.

I was actually quite pleased with the gentlemen that packed and moved my household items. However, during the packout, an envelope with 580 went missing. Whether it was stolen or misplaced I'm sure I will never know, but there is no denying that the mover's were at fault for the loss. Not a big deal, mistakes happen, but Mullen Company could not have been less concerned with the loss of the money. I never expected them to outright reimburse me, but they literally did nothing. I filed a claim (I am in the Army) and they just straight out denied the loss. Needless to say, I would never use them again and I recommend that you do not use them. I will do my best to ensure they are banned from military movements in the future.

**** **** was not an options tho should look like Due to Zachary's review, I will not use this company, to treat a customer like that is a terrible excuse of people skills. The company should be ashamed of the way they handled ( or really more like lact of handling ) this situation. Now let's add in that Zach is a veteran and gave up so much to ensure our freedom. Disgusted by this behavior..... I give ZERO for those reasons
