I purchased my home in December. I called in the 14th they came and winterized my sprinkler system on the 15th. My wife said the man checked the whole system and was very professional. I will definitely use your services in the spring. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas.

I have called NUMEROUS times regarding updating our irrigation system. The owner initially came out and told us it would be simple to update and he’d get in touch. I had to hound the office for a quote. To no avail they had to send another employee out and charged us over 100 to turn on our sprinklers And “evaluate what we need updated” - thanks much but all he did was just turn on our sprinklers, which we could have done. Again after begging to have our work done that we started (by paying 125 for that evaluation) we were given the quote for work, which we immediately paid the deposit. I had to repeatedly call and ask to get on the schedule. When the gentleman arrived he completed 66 minutes of work out of an estimated 3 hours (according to the written quote), and told my husband the job was too big and left. Again I called for to be out on the schedule to have the work done. Once again I was told I would get a call back on Monday and be put on the schedule. Well Monday came and went and of course colonial did not call me. I have since found a company that came the exact time they told me they would, offered me a quote on the spot, and scheduled the work to be completed. Colonial Landscaping, we used your services in our previous home to install an irrigation system. We have used you here for annual closings and we begged to give you money and complete services at our current house. Your unprofessionalism has lost you this customer and I will be sure to share my experiences with those interested in outdoor work.

I have been a customer with Colonial for the past 18 years, and I value the quality services they have provided for lawn, irrigation and fertilization. My grass always looks amazing and any concerns I shared were quickly addressed by a very professional and customer service oriented staff. I highly recommend Colonial and all of the services they offer.

I had a irrigation sales guy Ed come out who was nice (of course) promise to do things like free turn off service (first one) and he also promised some free feedings but when I spoke to the lady (vp I guess) she said that they were not included and she turned it around like I must have spoke to someone else (another company). She tried to sell it back to me as “if I buy one feeding I can get one free”. They take all your money up front so you are stuck if your system is not installed correctly. They put in very weak sprinkler heads in the important areas and when the heat hit those areas the grass died. They will never call you back-good luck if you use them-they have some office girls screen all calls and hard to deal with upper management-give you the runaround or simply do not care. I had to argue with her just to get my first seasonal closing-they can’t even offer that. Look elsewhere! I really thought this company was reputable but was wrong. It’s sad really because I live in a nice development and I had to tell my neighbors who asked me about the system not to use them. Sewell
