No stars. This is the most mean spirited bank ever. Had a situation and offered a solution that would work but they would rather be cruel with no compassion. They we treat you like family motto is truly a huge joke. Avoid at all costs doing business with these uncaring money grubbing bankers.

I've attempted to make an online account for nearly 3 years. In the last 2 days I've attempted again to make an online account. I've spoke with DIFFERENT employees every day. Not one has been able to assist me. Brittany was rude and didn't want to help me kept saying I should call tomorrow and speak with another rep. Nikki called me at 8 am today and I've never gotten her call back. TERRIBLE BANK LIMITED RESOURCES ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T BANK HERE.
