Cowboy cleaners, please DO NOT USE THEM. I called these guys to clean the carpet. A guy came and with the machine, and used the hot water form tap and ran his machine once. 1. No pre vacum 2. No brush or stain removal process 3. The carpet was not cleaned at all. When I complained to the cleaner as well as the main guy, they were saying the carpet is not new. These are not nice people to deal with. I ended up hiring a rug doctor and cleaning it spotless at a fraction of the cost. These company is useless, please DO NOT USE them.

I book this company last week to come clean my carpet waited for 1hr wouldn't answer a phone or text then phone from different phone he answer and say o yes I call you back never did I had everything move and ready for him never again will I call him or use his company waste of time no interest in contact he only text to say confirm that it.stay well away.

Stay away!! Booked the man 2 days ago, he confirmed via text message. But he just didn't turn up for the job, no heads-up, no nothing. Texted him, he goes \I'll call you later\, then calls me and goes \sorry I'm out of the country\. My wife's took half a day off work, only to waste time at home waiting for a bloke who didn't even bother sending a text message, after he's confirmed!!
