If I could give it more stars I would. I was a client for over a year and their services were honestly the greatest. Everyone is so helpful and really worked with my schedule to meet my sons needs. My son has never been better.

They have a case manager name Ms. Owens. She is a horrible case manager. She doesn't care about her client at all. She does the bare minumum. The thing that she do I can but I work during the day which make a little harder. The hold reason to have a case manager is to help parent. Ms. Owens is Not looking to help no one. So if you want to go to Mulyilingual Ask for a differnt person Not someone who DOES NOT CARE.

DO NOT GO HERE I called for an emergency appointment with Dr. Jacob for my son and the two female's at the front desk did not do anything. They lied and said they made an appointment AND NEVER DID. MY SON ALMOST KILLED HIS SELF HAD TO TAKE HIM TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!! DON'T NOT TAKE UR CHILD HERE. I have a lawyer involved...... They do not care about the patients. Just RUDE AS CAN BE! THAT MARIA IS THE RUDEST ONE OUT THE TWO FEMALE'S. I HATE THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO GIVE THIS PLACE STAR PERIOD... I all most lost my child cause of them.

It is absolutely impossible to get a hold of any competent human being to book an appointment for my child. After being on hold the first time for 22 minutes, I hung up and called back only to be put on hold AGAIN for 16min before hanging up. Like the idiot I am I called back for a third time to get a voicemail and left a massage and have yet to hear back from anyone in that office. It’s disgusting. I am positive that in itself is the sole reason which causes people to seek out therapy.

The Trails

I cannot get anyone on the phone. The receptionist just keeps taking messages and forwarding my phone calls. I have left several messages and I cannot get a call back for the life of me. My daughter has not had any therapy sessions for a few months. It is very frustrating because this affects the children.
