a new kitchen and within a week paint started to flake off, 3 times have had to have the plinth changed within as many months. This company would rather blame the customer and suggest we have mistreated our furniture rather than be accountable for the product and resolve the issue. I'll leave it to you to decide whether you would like similar treatment. Their solution was to provide a paint touch up pot that expires after 3 days and so when it reoccurs what then?

Fantastic We needed some touch up paint for future back up and had trouble identifying a supplier, a quick e-mail to Multiwood not only gave me the details but asked for my address to send me some free of charge What more can I say a couple of days later it arrived in the post If everyone could be as nice and cooperative as this
