Huge queue is there....people are standing more than 1 & 1/2 hour in lane...most of the people are aged people it's very bad experience. Even no one is there bothering for the same nor giving change of money. Not accepting the coin Rupees...very bad treatment.

Terrible experience. Ridiculous overbilling, no method to redress. Pay first, or we disconnect. Absolutely unfair practice.

Horrible service, they send you plummeted bills repeatedly, and don't answer the consumer's curiosity on the bills amount. Bullying to pay the amount instead of finding a resolution.

I wish there was a rating below one... Staff not supporting at all... Need the bill name changed since 4 months.. But all they say is we are not operating now.... No staff here...my question is then how are they generating bills every month... I wish the staff was more supportive and willing to work
