B.E.S.T. Route No. 44 Bus-stop

A nondescript bus stop bang opposite Dockyard Road Station, but is worthy enough of a review simply because it is probably amongst the very few old bus stops in all of Mumbai that still exist. Most stops now have been totally revamped, bearing the spanking new all-metal look. The remaining are simply stand-alone lamp-post like structures, in smaller lanes, where it is not possible to erect new bus-stops. Sadly, the stop which now functions as a halt for the iconic Route No. 44, is not in good shape, and is likely to be replaced with a new stop soon. So folks, what are you waiting for? Go and behold the bus-stop before it is razed to the ground!!!!!
