Very Poor and Pathetic working style of COGOPORT. At the time of inquiries they are very active. But once they get business from client they are least bothered about the after sales service. Our company got a better rate from them ; and we wanted to do BL SURRENDER with line later ..but Cogo staff is sooo. pathetic they are not taking it seriously and taking whole day to complete the task. There end result is Zero. They don't understand the client's priority. This way no one will come back to them for new business.

I booked a container with them as they offered a low price than competitors. but the service they offer is completely pathetic, no one in there team is aware of where my container is.Everytime I call them their phone is engaged. The spent a lot of efforts in acquiring a client but client service is an area they are pathetic at. Even now I am calling them but they are not responding to my phone call. Highly unsatisfied. Kindly stay away from them.

Misleading and unprofessional company to do business with. I received 2 different invoices for same shipment with different amounts. They promise on their website for credit period upto 6 months but that was also not provided to me. They have been spamming my mail box for invoice payments which has allready been made and now they have issued a different invoice amount.
