If you want amazing service, then Crossroad should be on your go-to place. They stand behind all their products. If any of the products present any problems, they go the distance in getting the issue resolved for you. Rafiq is a super person at Crossroad. He is the one to speak to. I wish that they carry more inventory in more sizes though. That’s something that they have to work on. But that aside, this place should be on the short list of shops that sell top gear in the MMR area.

My 2star review comes after my visit to 2 other Bike Accessory Shops. Firstly, I admit they have a good range of motorcycle accessory products. You may not find some products like Rynox Gear - but they have some Good Stuff. However, the store has a Sales Oriented Vibe. More than helping what customers need they are interested in pitching other products. For me this was a big let down. I visited this store for a Jacket (purchased a MotoTech Jacket & Bikeratti Jeans) and was pitched a chain ??? So, if You are aware what You need exactly then it's a Good Store in Mira Road. Secondly, the product quality is not something I would vouch for. (May be COVID affected stock) But After my 2nd usage - the reflective sticker on the back of the Bikeratti Jeans started peeling off. The retainer strap for the rear paddings also came off the stitch. (I don't expect this for a 8K Jeans) Also the pull tab of my Mototech Jacket broke within a month.
Highly recommended for those planning to buy quality bike accessories. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Appreciate their service.

You can always buy bike accessories and gear online but the best part of visiting Crossroads is the friendly and well informed help that you get from Rafiq. Something that sorts out most issues as per your need. I received an honest and practical advice and was really happy about it.
Amazing service. Needed advice and guidance on some RAM mounts and accessories for the bike. Spoke with Rafique who was both extremely patient and understanding on what I wanted and what i needed, he has recommended some stuff that works perfectly for my needs too. Would 100% recommend shopping with them!
