They have pathetic services . I just went there bcoz they had good collection. I got fabric for curtain .they had assured me that it won't shrink as they havd high standard quality fabric .but within one wash that too dry clean , fabric started shrinking. Malad store manager is rude in behavior and gives services to only upper class people and ignore middle class people. Their ANDHERI branch is even pathetic , store's salesppl keeps starring until we move out of the store . Senior Management ppl should take some actin against these ppl. I remember we had given feedback to Malad branch sales lady about the fabric issue and next time onward she started ignoring us. Earlier she was sweet towards us .Never ever gonna buy from this useless brand. I m sure this brand is not gonna sustain for long .there are superb choices and varieties in local shops and Crawford markets .

I went there because they have choices. When I shortlisted a few and tried to take pictures, they snatched the catalogue and said that's not allowed. What am I gonna do with pictures of your garbage fabrics? I later realised that the same designs are available in Crawford market for 1/4th the price. Never visiting these thieves again. If you wanna rob us at least have the courtesy to treat customers with respect. Intolerable staff manners.

Most shabby job done by D’Dcor Inorbit mall. Pathetic after service actually no service at all. Even after numerous commitments and follow ups. Small example-cushions made by Dcor. They have just put foam inside a cushion cover and delivered in this condition. Even after repeated follow ups done to a lady called Safiya there has been to intent to resolve the issue.

Totally unprofessional.....Twice I have gone ..finalised the roller blinds which i wanted to buy.....last visit was two months ago.They had committed to send a guy to take measurements. They havent sent anyone till date to take measurements.Not expected such behaviour from such a reputed brand.
