Everyone loves pizza. The outlet is near sector 6, Charkop. Usually on weekends you wont get place since the outlet is small. Almost all the domino's varieties are available. The delivery is also fast & after sales service is good.

I ordered from here. The delivery person's name is Nitin Salunkhe. He is such a trouble to deal with. He called up and said I've reached back to the Charkop Store and I see the note that you've given is torn. I want a different note. I'm coming at your place. I told him why didn't he check the note when he took it from me. (As i very well know the notes were not torn or in bad shape. They were recently deposited from an ATM.) He is troubling and calling me since then. He has called over 6 times and I'm concerned for my family as he knows my address. This matter is soon gonna go to the Charkop Police Station if necessary actions are not taken by Domino's Charkop. His number is 919664749328

Had order classic stuff garlic bread but instead of that I had received garlic bread stick very disappointed with that thing and also I had order pizza which was ok in taste

Dear Domino's Team, I am really unhappy with your Domino's App, Customer care service and your Charkop Store Contact unavailability. The number is always busy and if by any chance rings, no one answers. You have a pathetic communication path on the website and app with only electronically generated options. If it would have been possible, I would have given you negative 100 stars. Fedup with your service. Kindly work upon your website. If you want to still maintain the brand name, please don't compromise on your service.

Order Delivery took more than an Hour with one item missing which was delivered later (1 hour 10 mins for the first two items and 15 - 20 mins for the missing item). The items were cold. This sort of business was not expected from Domino's. Defenitly won't order for delivery next time.

The pizza was not prepared well, too much of tomato sauce.No oregano,chilli flex and tissue paper were given with the parcel.The store is also quite unclean and unhygienic with no proper maintenance service.
