I had an okey okey experience with Drivezy in January. I have made my booking of Tiago (MH-12-QW-9147) for 4 days. My actual pickup point was near CST airport international terminal. But, they advised me to go to their Marol yard for which i paid 150rs for rickshaw. Leaving that apart, the acclaiming process was very fast, like 10 mins only. Condition of the car was poor with lots of scratches & dents.But surprisingly cleaned. Since I was tired very much due to late night flight i got into the car very fast as i have to reach Vasai. It was on the way the A/C stopped till the time i've returned (for whole 4 days). The car was okey for driving as it was just 10 months old. The returning process too was smooth. It took merely 10 mins for final payment. But Drivezy should pre inspect each vehicles before next trip. Also they should maintain their cars well. I couldn't even show my cousins this car as they would have made fun of me for the pathetic car.

It was my first time with drivezy and I can definitely say that it's far more better than Zoomcar.... If looking for self drive car rental than go for it for sure.....

They'll give you a faulty car and blame it on you and charge you for the damage. Give legal notices, spam you with messages and calls and force you to pay for the damage. Please don't waste your time money on this.

Do not book a car on Drivezy. Drivezy or can should I say Scam-zy. Highly unprofessional service & uncouth staff. The customer care rarely picks up the call and are "un"-helpful. The office looked more of a garage or a place where old cars are kept, cars covered in dust or semi broken. We booked an Ertiga online on their app, which was a huge mistake. When we went to collect the car the car was covered in mud and the interiors were literally stained. The covers and pockets were torn. We had no option but to take this car for the trip. The staff said they had cleaned the car but you know the reality. Midway in our journey the Clutch Plate was damaged. At around 1am we were stuck in the middle of a highway with the broken car that would not move. We tried to contact Drivezy but either they would provide excuse or not pick up the call. At the end the said we have to tow it to a drivezy office which was around 80 km from the place the car was stuck. They didn't help us with the towing contact numbers and we had to find it and pay the towing amount as well. It cost us 5000 toll charges. Then we had to waste hours to fight with them and get a new car. They charged a fine of 10000 and were very unreasonable with their excuses as they knew we were helpless they were trying to take benefit and trouble us more. We literally were frustrated and in this no staff or care center crew was supportive or helpful, they merely picked the call. The 2nd vehicle was in a slightly better condition than the first one. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK DRIVEZY.

Very poor booked a car but the car is in pathetic condition they don't have any checklist, the car isn't prepared at the pickup time , make sure you check and make a video before picking the car.

Stay away from these Guys. I rented Drivezy many times from three different cities and this is the worst place. They didn't check the car before they gave it to us. We were given a Swift Dzire without changing break shoes. We almost had a break failure on the way back from Mahabeleshwar. These guys they don't care that they are playing with the life of people. If you are traveling with your family beware of the place you are renting the car from. I'd pay 500/1000 extra to get a better service and car. Secondly, customer service was really bad when we returned the car in the night. I was expressing my concern about break failure and the representative didn't give a heck about it. He didn't listen to what I said rather he said just go ahead and complain in the app. This was so far the terrible terrible renting experience.
