D grade doctor, very Gooding in only making noise , and very good in making a small discussion in a big very big issue, my pet cat name bluee who was only 3 months old Cat died under her observation, she and specially her team do not know to give proper treatment to animals, she has reached in the stage of retirement, instead of doing treatment of animals there either before to do some kind of argument between their own staff My cat was only 3 months old and was only having temperature, due to wrong treatment of the team of argument my cat died, requesting to everyone please don't take your pics to doctor neelima clinic, she is extremely rude not approach, aap

At first I was a little sceptical, reading other reviews. However, she's q great doctor and she definitely knows what she's doing. Yes, the place is a busy one but you won't find too many doctors like Dr. Nilima, who's really concerned for her patients.

Worst Pet Clinic ever seen in my life.. My kitten has not been keeping well. It didn't eat for three days and was vommiting. I & my little sister had fever too but as we very concerned about our kitten we decided to visite Dr. Nilima's Veterinary Clinic. We reached clinic around 6:30 in the evening. There was neither any reception desk nor any staff member to attend so I entered into the clinic. Dr.Nilima & her attended started yelling at me and insulted me without even trying to listen to me. It was highly unprofessional from someone who is a doctor. I told her about the serious situation of kitten and also my health issue. She yelled at me and asked me to leave if I wasn't ready to wait. I was helpless and so decided to wait. We waited almost for 2 hours. Dr.Nilima preferred to see her acquaintance's pets and didn't really care for the actual queue. Dr Nilima is only interested in treating rich dogs first!! As I was unwell, I decided to request her again. She asked me to leave the clinic in front of everyone. She didn't even look at the kitten. It was very disheartening, I had tears in my eyes. Worst doctor ever seen in my life... I have never experienced such apathy from any of the doctor. Nilima is very rude. She doesn't have any sense of speaking. A well educated doctor who does not even have basic manners and etiquettes while talking with someone. Two girls from her staff are equally rude. Clinic area is unhygienic and dirty, doesn't even hold proper place to seat. I think the government should take away your license Nilima..... I hope no one ever encounter such experience. I will request you to not visit this clinic. There is another pet clinic at Kachpada, doctor and staff from this clinic are professional..

Worst dr.nilima please dnt visit she dnt have any knowledge about cat Today Dr nilima is calling to my mother and telling Tu to ghatiya aurat Teri jaisi aurat kidhar bhi nahin but why she is telling this why she want to use abusing words she is and doctor and she don't know how the talk with the customers she gve heavy dose medicine to my cat she did mistake

I have been visiting Dr. Nilima since 2018 for treatment of indie stray animals. She is extremely well at her job and provides the best care possible for animals. She has reasonable consultation prices and provides excellent care and medication. The only downside is that the clinic is usually crowded with a lot of patients, so you may not get to contact her directly all the time. I suggest visiting her at early hours for a more rapid treatment.
