They made my Mother’s case worse instead of better. My Mother (age 75) informed Dr. Fernandez (the physiotherapist), that she was in a lot of pain after the session, yet she kept asking her to come in. Instead of checking my Mother for the cause of pain, she made my Mother do even more rigorous exercise, which made the situation even worse. When I called to inquire, she started blaming my Mother for being negligent and taking the stairs (when the elevator in the building was not working), and stating that she did therapy because my Mother never informed her of the pain and was doing great when she left from their clinic (lies - the maid was with my Mother and even she stated how much pain my Mother was in). Then I asked her why then she referred her to the head (Dr. Pooja Mehta), if my mother was perfectly fine. She stated, that because the 10/10 sessions my Mother paid for were complete, they wanted to sign her up for more sessions (perhaps that's their strategy; make the persons situation worse, so they sign up for more). I am honestly surprised that they have good reviews; probably it is just Dr. Fernandez that's unethical and not fit to be a Physiotherapist. I am extremely disappointed. Beware!!

Dr Pooja and Dr Shweta under whom I am getting treated have helped me get better and enabled me to get back into my routine. This was not possible due to persistent pain in my back and the psychological burden caused by it. Special thanks to Dr Swheta under whose advice and ongoing treatment I have seen improvement. I am looking forward to the exercise routine, shall continue to seek advice and am certain of recuperating completely.

I had visited Dr Pooja for back pain and had a great experience overall. She listens carefully, understands the issue and devotes considerable time and personal attention towards her patients. She has a great all women team, all very focused and attentive to detail. Her clinic is the most well equipped and spacious one I have seen. Most importantly, the team is caring and ensure that they are doing their best to help. I would highly recommend her.

I visited this Clinic for neck pain and the Therapist introduce me a package of 9500 INR which I agreed for the treatment, They recommended me package of 10 days where they advice me about daily massage which was required for the neck pain and after visiting for 4-5 appointments there was no relief in my neck each day I was been charged 850 for per visit and every time I used to tell the therapist the same issue which I was not getting any relief about the pain in my neck they were only bothered about giving daily massages and providing new exercises which was not relief to the pain in my neck so I went to a doctor an ENT specialist they found that I was having sinus problem which was a major concern for my neck pain but there staff didn't cared about it I was simply charged 850 which I stopped visiting there clinic after 6 appointments it was totally waste of time and money. So I would recommended if you are having any issues in your neck contact the ENT specialist and don't just visit the clinic by there ratings even I did the same way!!!! it's a waste of your money I've lost my 6000 INR for this treatment with no relief

Extremely well managed place with knowledgeable staff. They take their time out with their treatment, don't rush you, and give you the focus and attention that is required. I've been going to them for over a year for multiple issues with my bones and muscles and have been happy with the results.

This is definitely five star rating place for service and support. Dr. Pooja Mehta and her team member Dr. Shweta did a fantastic job - I walked in with a 3 inch hump on my spine C3 C4 herniated bulging disc with severe pain and i was assured that by the time i complete my 10 session the hump and the pain will subside drastically. I have completed by 10 sessions including 2 body adjustments and the results are truly phenomenal. I do not have the bulge anymore and the pain has completely disappeared. I will definitely recommend Physio Hub to anybody that is having any spinal pain or body pain. I can assure you that this is the right place and the team of Doctors are one of the best in the business.

I was having back sacralization L4 & L5 it was paining in some moments from one and half year. I consult other physio & ortho but it did not work out. Then I consult dr pooja at physio hub after 15 sittings their treatment & strengthening exercises now I am feeling really good & relaxed. I have again consulted them for cervical lordosis I have just finished my sittings my pain has reduced & with regular exercises it would be gone. My both the treatment was treated by Dr ashlesha. She is knowledgeable & always understand the current scenario, pain & condition of the patient. The best thing about the dr pooja & team is they always listen & ask to patients about their pain & condition.
