Walk in to Clinic / Hospital as per pre scheduled appointment @ 10:00 am on 16/04/2021. However on reaching understood that Doctor is in operation ,will take 1 hour more. I asked receptionist that they could have informed me prior , however her stand was diasy. Considering emergency we thought of waiting for an hour , then after again half an hour I had normally enquired about can we meet Doctor atlest at 11:00 ( Considering we had appointment at 10:00 and agreed for 1 hour waiting considering emergency) . Receptionist still not confirming us and told it will take more time . If this is the case there is no sense of giving appointment as my patients condition is also critical , receptionist lied that she was calling whereas number which she was calling was not at all my number . Heard a very good review about the doctor however patient management system is pathetic. Doctor if you happened to read review ,plz improve this area as Reception staff are clueless and not having clear communication . In current pandemic after taking appointment you cant asked patient to keep waiting for 1 or 2 hour . Thanks

Visited Doctor for stomach problem.Diagnosed my problem prolonging for 9 months and given relief in few days, of course it was followed after my relevant tests. Listens to you carefully.Overall one of the best Gastroenterology to visit in Mumbai.Very knowledgeable. 3rd class service and 3rd class staff, when you call or WhatsApp for appointment, they're not bothered to reply even in 2 to 3 days. I am facing this issue for last 3 times. Doctor is also not good, my father is going there for last 4 months, some tests also done but no relief at all. Staff is pathetic, that's the main review

Doctor Vedant Sir is the best doc for any stomach problems, if anyone has an issue with Gastrointestinal disorders so pls go with Dr.Vedant Sir.. One of the finest doctor.
