Nice service and very comfortable ride. No issues regarding this. If you are travelling by this please don’t throw any garbage into the creek. And watch your step while walking because the pier is very short in breadth.

Jetty which needs lots of things to improve. It connects to Gorai and Marve from where people come and leave for. It is a common jetty for Essel world, Water kingdom and Pagoda. The frequency of boats coming and leaving from over here is pretty good. It extends much distance inside creek water which allows easy passenger movement during low tide. The surface is not plain, it is not well lit, after the dark walking on this jetty towards the boat is difficult, you need to use your mobile torch. The mangroves need a reduction and cutting their branches which comes on jetty road. Though Essel world staff is there to help, their number is very less and they can't look after you as they are overburdened with roles they are playing. Hence your safety is in your hand. During vacation season, a band welcomes you at jetty and escorts you to the ticket counter.
Craziest Theme Park in the vicinity. Visiting Essel world has been an Routine for school trips in Mumbai. But I visit this place almost once every year. But what makes it more amazing is its INNOVATION. Every next trip there is some additional ride or additional amusement excitement added. This fits wonderfully for all the parents who wish to have a bundle of memories with their young ones. You would get tired visiting the wide spread of this amusment park. FEW OF MY FAVORITE RIDES WERE: 1.Shot And Drop: It would make your adrenaline run High.(picture) 2.Aqua dive : Will get you into the water and back. 3.Top Spin: You will take real time to walk straight after landing out. 4.Haunted house: Crazy haunted experience UNLEASHED. Place is said as largest amusement park but i am very disappointed after going there...yabsure its large but contains nothing much more than like wonderland...not satisfied...in the water kingdom as well...need more rides...development needed...
