The garage has all the facility you need. The owner of the garage Mr. Sufiyan Sheikh helped me with a reasonable costing of the parts that were to be replaced. To build my confidence he constantly shared progress pictures and the pictures of the product he replaced in my car. Mechanics Nilesh and Neeraj did an outstanding job. Mighty impressed with their work. They are good chaps. Do visit this garage if you need quality work.

services from Go mechanic were Horrible. I stood at the workshop for 4hrs and my car was untouched till then. I finally had to cancel the appointment bt when i tried cancelling Nobody at the GoMechanic picked my call for hours. Finally i had to directly Take my car away. I wonder what if i would have prepaid my order, My money would have been stuck for hours i don't know how much time. Besides all this when i had a word with the shop owner and told him that there was some rain water on my rear floor matting he said that it would cost me another 2000 Rs apart from the service cost. I would never use Go Mechanic services again. Also i had a Rs750 coupon which i had bought by paying money for Go Mechanic services which is yet to be refunded.

Three star for your door step service and delivery during lock down but I want to share my experience for your improvement Gave my car for service during lock down.. accepting fact that during lock down manpower might not be there and all other factors.. but in general service it was assumed that car breaks also serviced or checked. In my case during delivery itself I told the person I'm hearing noise from back wheel. The delivery person told it's because of break liner change and service. Next day i drove my car to office and the noise become too loud and took my car to workshop. Then I observed the break lining was broken and it's lose of contact in break drum. Means I drove a break failure car literally. After they obtained new liner and changed. And they charged for new liner also. My queries/ opinion 1. In first time I assume rather sure my car breaks were not at all checked. Because liner which got broken in a day might be noticed if they checked it. Since I too know small mechanical thing liner was already in worn-out stage should have been replaced in the first service it self. 2. Health of car bearing In a car healthy breaks and wheal bearing are life saving factors. After my second visit the break liner were changed (yes I paid for that also) and travelled one day to office and again the nosie started and felt a drag in the wheel. This time I inspected my self found wheel was jammed and the bearings worn-out leaving the wheel in contact with the metal part, heat generated due to friction and eventually metal bearing was almost in melted stage in one side of back wheel. Which o replaced with help of local mechanic. So my suggestion check the health of break and wheel bearing without fail.
