At the reception, they asked me to wait for five minutes at the lounge. After twenty five minutes I went back to the reception to find nobody there. Someone was sitting in one of the cabins so I went and asked him why has nobody attended to me yet so he called someone and that person asked me to wait for five minutes. So I waited at the reception for five more minutes and nobody came so I left. If they can't keep their word at the reception or can't be honest, I think it's better to avoid such people getting their hands on your car.

Hare Krishna is Ford's newly opened service center in the central suburbs. It's easily accessible and spacious; 16 bays for repairing and couple of bays for body shop. Service Advisors and engineers are knowledgeable and well mannered. Though they tried to push additional services but accepted suggestions. Check-in and check out experience can be improved. However on a second visit for warranty repairs, the service executive was neither seem to know my previous service records nor interested in acknowledging the recommendations of the previous report. Only at my insistence, he spoke to his seniors got the warranty repairs approved.
