Driver Name was Pramod. Very disgusting man ever I have seen. Very bad experience with Hire Cab. They sent car at least 1 hr late. Driver not using Google maps and hence we faced heavy traffic in Mumbai all the day. Waste of Money...

very unproffesional driver third class vehicle send with no music system and ac which was not cooling car at all.driver was telling us that we should not visit haji ali as he doesnt like muslim community and since we are hindu it is not right he started arguing over same .what a pathethic mind set.please keep such mentally sick driver away from customer.we were charged for 12 hours and he did not take us to band stand,hanging garden,fish Museum many of places mentioned on hirecab site in mumbai darshan.patethic to say the least.
Very nice cab services and best car in mumbai.
Pathetic service. Driver name was Sudhakar - very ill mannered and not a good driver at all. Not able to drive properly, we had to drive at one point because he was too sleepy! Not recommended at all. Very dissappointed with service.
