i AGREE THAT THIS BANK EMPLOYEES DO-NOT HAVE MANNER HENCE COULD NOT OPEN NEW ACCOUNT . 2 New accounts were opened in next half an hours at HDFC Bank 4 bldg. away at Sher-e-Punjab Society, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (E) Mumbai-400093. AGM Mr. Agarwal (on visit) apologized next day when informed, as well as Bank Manager Mr. Dubey. They canot give statements despite application and requests. Statement sent by email are incomplete. Staff is never seen in happy mood.

I HAD TO GO WITH MY FRIEND TO ICICI BANK FOR CREDIT CARD ISSUE , SURPRISED TO SEE THE COLLECTION DEPRTMENT BOYS ARE LIKE GOONS , THEY HAVE ZERO MANNERS TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS , COMPLETELY HARD WORDS , GOONS , ITS THE WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICES AND CREDIT CARD COLLECTION DEPARTMENT THEY HAVE -WE HAVE OBSERVED THE MOST WORST PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ICICI BANK - I DONT RECCOMEND ICICI BANKS AT ALL

WHAT THE FISH

It is a nice bank, the staff is pretty nice and co-operative. I don't know if it has washroom facilities, it has all basic services like, you can withdraw cash, you can deposit cash. Loan services on car, home, property Alos available, altogether I'll give it 3 stars. The services are nice but could be more faster.
