UPDATED 11-29-19. I updated my experience from a 1 star to 4 after recently visiting this branch about a week ago. The Branch manager Mr. Singh and Mrs. Aruna were very helpful and resolved my issues. Seemed orderly and quick for services. I commend in the improvements and will look to update this review when I visit the branch in the future. Keep up the great work! INITIAL REVIEW from past visit. - I will be visiting this branch next month from USA and see if they have improved or have gotten worse in terms of service. I went 2 years ago and the service was HORRIBLE. I hope the branch has improved and will write another review once I visit and see how the service is. I will post names of individuals from the bank within this review. Let's see if they have improved????

Nice bank i like the way they attend the customers very fast and very polite and specially the cashier her name is Vrushali Chavan and she is absolutely a good cashier she manages thing well and i am impressed by the service thanks for the service good service guys .

Worst branch. Staff open account jut to fill their target without Customer permission and do not respond to any queries or enquiries afterwards. Poorest service. Specially staff named Roshan Gupta, worst service and fraudulent agent.

I was attended by Mr.Akib Khan who was the Customer Service Officer when i went to the bank today. He was very polite and my requested was taken care in few minutes.
